Current Tenants

All rent payments are due by the first of each month unless otherwise specified in your lease. Rent payments can be made via check, money order or online ACH payment and made payable to Atlantic Real Estate Services. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH.

For service calls and maintenance requests please contact our office during normal hours of 9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. In the event of an emergency during nights or weekends, you may call 704-996-2277 which will automatically forward to our emergency hotline number and is checked 24/7.
